Why do you charge for parking?
We’re glad you asked. At Kompose, our guests arrive in various unique ways – some drive, while others use Uber, Lyft, taxis, carpool, walk, or bike. Fairness is a core value ingrained in our DNA. In consideration of guests who opt for alternative transportation, we charge only for vehicles that stay overnight in our parking lot. It’s our way of maintaining fairness and accommodating diverse travel preferences.
Why do you charge for cleaning?
When we began reshaping the hotel experience, we had a simple idea: make daily cleaning services optional and empower our guests with the freedom of choice. Opting out of daily cleaning not only allows us to provide value to our guests but also contributes to environmental well-being! We understand not everyone requires a full daily cleaning, but rest assured, we still offer complimentary daily towel replenishment and trash removal. It’s our way of ensuring flexibility and value, with a touch of care for both our guests and the environment 🙂.
Why do you charge for Fast Wi-Fi?

We also have learned that most of our guests are happy using their cell service or personal hotspots for their nightly needs. Our free basic Wi-Fi is designed to please 99.99% of our guests with its broadband and speed. That said, when you need powerful Wi-Fi for tasks like downloading documents or extended streaming, it’s crucial to offer the best quality to avoid any frustration. So, while we provide free basic Wi-Fi, we do charge a bit extra for high-quality fast Wi-Fi, and trust us, the quality is worth it.
Can I purchase upgrades on property?
